14-day change-of-mind refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any credits from that purchase you have not yet spent. The refund is proportional to the unspent balance at the time we receive the request.
Example
For example: you buy the 450-credit package and spend 100 credits before changing your mind. Because credits are spent oldest-first, those 100 may have come from an earlier purchase — in which case all 450 are unspent and refundable. We calculate the refund from the credits remaining on that purchase.
Credits you have already spent have been delivered and used, and are not refundable under this section.
Refunds outside the 14 days
We will refund you in full, at any time, if:
- Credits were charged but never delivered to your server.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- A paid feature did not work as described and we could not fix it.
- The law where you live gives you a refund right. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
When credits expire
Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Each purchase has its own expiry date, and your credits are always spent oldest-first, so the credits closest to expiring are used before newer ones. Expired credits are removed automatically and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
